Abstrak

Increasing school quality, school culture is rarely get any attention. It has, of course, a very important for for increasing school quality. So it is good to discuss it much more. School culture has a group of primary assumptions, values, beliefs, and norm that school soceity have, and then how they behave to their fellow and to be characteristic of their school. School culture, itself, has both positive and negative effect. The positive one is when it can support to the better school quality, and the negative one is on the therhand. The positive school culture, of course, will gave good effect to the student’s motivation, achievement, and even to school quality.
